It has been one crazy week. Since relocating to free airline coast, let’s just say we haven’t been short on visitors. Being that i'm the favourite aunt&...lol&...don’t tell my other siblings, a couple of of my nephews found visit me for any couple of days.
We’re speaking about big, teen boys who like to eat. I figured Little Girl had high demands of three square meals and a pair of snacks each day. These boys be prepared to eat all day long plus they want &"man food!&" They stated, auntie we don’t want any salads&...yes, everybody knows just how much I really like my salads&...
This leaves me to creating fried chicken, which all of the boys wanted. I fried a lot chicken yesterday, I probably won't be frying chicken again until Christmas. I designed a big ole’ southern Sunday dinner yesterday.
We'd fried chicken, brown butter mac and cheese, on your own yeast rolls and that i capped that served by my Lemon Glazed Southern Tea Cakes. I'm here tell you the boys ate&...and ate&...and ate&....more.
They ate a lot food, I'm shocked I even had leftover chicken to create this pasta salad.
I required some fried chicken, work into chunks, keep the chicken skin attached. Steamed some eggs, mashed the eggs track of mayo, a lot of spices, some veggies and thrown in certain pasta and folded within the fried chicken chunks.
Don’t forget to wash the pasta in cold water.
The dish is the fact that simple. Should you don’t have leftover fried chicken, you could create a quick go to your preferred chicken place.
Yes, this dish is amazing. I'd express it’s ideal for a pot luck or picnic. The boys really loved it, a lot, it’s all gone. I'm lucky I sampled it before I said excitedly in the future eat, because which was all I acquired would be a small taste. I switched around they'd disappeared and also the bowl was empty!
