
Chicken Afritada
INGREDIENTS:
- 1- 1/2 lbs chicken, reduce meal
- 1 large potato, chunks
- 1 large carrot, chunks
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chunks
- 1 medium onion, chunks
- 1/4 cup eco-friendly peas
- 4 mitts garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoons of fish sauce
- salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons of oil
*** This batch is just great for 3-4 people. Make use of the whole can of tomato sauce, increase the vegetables and add 1 cup water if you are cooking for additional.
How You Can Prepare CHICKEN AFRITADA:
- Heat oil inside a pan or wok.
