  • Tomato (sliced) 1 large
  • Eco-friendly Chillies (slit) 3
  • Curry Leaves A sprig
  • Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger root Paste -1 teaspoon
  • Garlic clove Paste 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoons of (optional)
  • Cilantro A couple of
  • Oil 2 tablespoons of
  • Mustard Seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt As needed
  • Water As needed
  • Soak the Soya chunks in serious trouble for approximately fifteen minutes. Squeeze the water and clean the soya chunks and drain excess water or no. You are able to cut the chunks into curry sized pieces.
  • Roast 2 tablespoons of meat masala powder and 1 teaspoon chilly powder on low flame.
  • Marinate the soya pieces using the above roasted masala powders and salt. Ensure that it stays aside for 10-fifteen minutes.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil inside a wok and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add sliced onions and saute up until the onions are translucent.
  • Add slit eco-friendly chillies, chopped tomato plants and curry leaves and saute up until the tomato plants are cooked correctly.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chilly powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoons of meat masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 teaspoon ginger root paste, 1 teaspoon garlic clove paste and stir fry for any couple of minutes.
  • Add some marinated soya chunks together with 1 tablespoons of tomato sauce and a few salt. Then add water (around 1/4 cup) so the gravy has water content.
  • Sprinkle some cilantro leaves and blend well.
  • Cover and prepare on low flame for an additional 15-twenty minutes, up until the gravy is fully coated around the soya pieces.
  • Serve together with grain or chappathis.

Meat Masala Powder is a combination of different spice powders and it is purely vegetarian. You'll find it in most Indian stores. Alternatively, use a mixture of coriander, red chilly, pepper and garam masala powders rather of ready to use meat masala powder.
