
Max's Sizzling Tofu Style

Tofu cubes with chopped onions, red and eco-friendly peppers glazed having a special sauce capped with chilies. This dish is slightly spicy, which put into its already flavorful taste. If you want sizzling food and is health-conscious, then this can be a must try.
- 500-grams Chinese tofu
- 3 cloves garlic clove, minced
- 1 white-colored onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 finger chilies, sliced
1 Heat oil inside a deep pan.
2 Chop up china tofu into cubes and fry in herbal until golden brown. Drain in sponges.
3 Inside a bowl, combine mayonnaise, oyster sauce, sugar, parsley, and pepper. Mix well, and add water until preferred thickness is achieved. Adjust taste accordingly.
4 Heat the mayo mixture in low heat while stirring for 2 minutes, adding the bell pepper and continue stirring for an additional pair minute.
5 Bring your heated sizzling plate and add a tiny bit of vegetable oil.
6 Saute garlic clove and onions until cooked, include the tofu and mayo dressing and blend well.
7 Sprinkle with sliced finger chili and much more onions.
