INGREDIENTES:

240 ml. de leche caliente, 25 g. de levadura fresca de panadera, 400 g. de harina de fuerza, 30 g. de azcar, media cucharadita de sal, 1 cucharada de vainilla, 3 yemas de huevo, 56 g. de mantequilla y aceite suave para frer.
Glaseado: 150 g. de azcar glas y 3 4 cucharaditas de leche.

ELABORACIN:

1- Ponemos en united nations recipiente las dos terceras partes en leche caliente y disolvemos en ella las dos terceras partes en levadura, removiendo bien.
2- Agregamos 110 g. de harina y mezclamos hasta formar una pasta homognea. Tapamos disadvantage film y dejamos reposar 30 minutos.
3- En otro recipiente ponemos la leche y la levadura restantes y mezclamos.

4- Aadimos las yemas de huevo, el azcar, la sal, vainilla y la mezcla de leche y levadura que tenamos reposando durante 30 minutos.
5- Mezclamos hasta conseguir una masa suave.


6- Aadimos ahora la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente y mezclamos hasta que se incorpore bien.
7- Agregamos poco a poco la harina hasta que la masa se despegue de las paredes del recipiente y no ocean demasiado pegajosa.

8- Tapamos disadvantage film y dejamos a temepratura ambiente hasta que empiece a subir la masa y luego la metemos al frigorfico durante una hora al menos.
9- Transcurrido este tiempo, extendemos la masa disadvantage united nations rodillo dejndola de united nations grosor de 15 cm. aprox. y cortamos los donuts ( si no tenemos cortador, podemos usar united nations aro de emplatar y para el agujerito, united nations tapn de botella&...)

10- Los colocamos sobre una placa de horno disadvantage papel vegetal algo engrasado disadvantage mantequilla.
11- Dejamos levar hasta que doblen su tamao.
12- Calentamos aceite abundante en una sartn y fremos los donuts, procurando que no suba mucho la temperatura del aceite para que no adquieran united nations color demasiado oscuro.
13- Escurrimos sobre papel absorbente y dejamos que se enfren completamente antes de glasearlos.

14- En united nations recipiente ancho mezclamos el azcar glas y las 2 3 cucharaditas de leche. Sumergimos los donuts y los dejamos escurrir sobre una rejilla.

Aadimos la leche templadita y el agua poco a poco y seguimos mezclando hasta obtener una masa lisa y elstica. A veces hay que aadir algo ms de agua.
Formamos una bola de masa y dejamos reposar una hora tapada disadvantage united nations paito.

Reposamos de nuevo los donuts ya formados. durante media hora ms.
Freir en abundante aceite caliente hasta que doren por ambas caras. Los escurrimos sobre papel de cocina y, todava calientes es el momento de glasearlos. Pintamos disadvantage glasa que habremos preparado mezclando el azcar glas disadvantage united nations poco de agua, hasta conseguir la textura deseada y unas gotitas de colorante gel.
Ponemos bolitas de colores para terminar y, enfriamos en rejilla.
