Method

1 Saut the mushrooms: Heat essential olive oil on medium high temperature inside a 5-6 quart thick-bottomed pot. Once the oil is hot, swirl within the butter. When the butter has melted, add some mushrooms, stir to coat using the essential olive oil and butter.
