- 400 gm boneless chicken white meat
- 1 cup curd (dahi / yogurt)
- 2 tablespoon ginger root-garlic clove paste
- 1 teaspoon cashew nuts
- 1 teaspoon almonds
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon fresh cream
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil or butter
- Salt to taste
- Rinse the chicken pieces in flowing water and reduce medium size chunks. Also soak almonds in water for around twenty minutes. Take away the skin from almonds and them aside.
- Now inside a big bowl, mix the curd, ginger root-garlic clove paste, cream, salt, fresh lemon juice, chopped coriander and spices perfectly.
- Result in the paste of almonds and cashew nuts and add in it.
- Add about 1/2 tablespoon of oil in yogurt mixture and marinate bits of chicken inside it. Coat all of the chicken pieces perfectly, cover the marination and it aside a minimum of for one hour. (In this manner chicken will get the tastes and juices of ingredients of marination).
- Preheat the oven at 350F levels for five minutes and set the wooden skewers in tepid to warm water.
- Thread the chicken pieces into skewers and put within the oven. Gently brush with a few oil.

- Serve hot with coriander chutney and cabbage salad.
