I've cooked kaju katli also it was an excessive amount of and so i required 1/4 at any given time during the last step and until I arrived at 3/4 it grew to become hard and so i mixed water by using it and today its sticky, I made laddo from that nevertheless its still sticky. What must i do to really make it normal so a minumum of one can eat?
Response: Hello Swati, the mix turns hard because it cools lower due to the sugar. The stickiness is due to the dissolved sugar while you added water. There's two options given below.
1. Prepare the mix again to eliminate stickiness (moisture) but I am afraid, the kaju katli will turn hard.
2. Do one factor, result in the cashew flavored milk dessert like rabri or badam kheer with the addition of some milk and saffron within the mixture (for 1/4 cup mixture, add 1 cup milk) and boil for five-6 minutes (or as needed).
