Raagi rotti or ragi roti recipe

Ingredients: (calculating cup used = 240ml)
- 1.5 cup raagi flour / finger millet flour
- 1.5 cup water (little pretty much with respect to the flour quality)
- 2-4 finely chopped eco-friendly chilies
- 2 finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped curry leaves
- Salt according to your taste
- 1/4 cup oil
- 15x15cm sized thick polythene sheet / blueberry leaf
Instructions to make Ragi rotti:
- Take water and salt inside a big vessel and produce it to boil. Add ragi flour towards the boiling water and turn off the stove.
- Add chopped onions, curry leaves, eco-friendly chilies and blend well. If needed add either water or flour and make preparations a gentle but stiff dough.
