  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • two tablespoons white-colored vinegar
  • 1 (2 pound) flank steak
  1. Inside a gallon size resealable bag, combine lime juice, crushed garlic clove, orange juice, cilantro, salt, pepper, essential olive oil, jalapeno, and vinegar. Squeeze it around to mix things up.
