
Ingredients
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 6 habanero peppers, seeds removed and sliced
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic clove
- two tablespoons apple cider vinegar treatment
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup water
Directions
Inside a mixer. finely chop the carrots and habanero peppers. In a tiny saucepan heat the butter and add some chopped garlic clove. Adding the carrot and habanero mixture and saute until carrots are soft. While stirring add some apple cider vinegar treatment and pepper and salt, to taste. Adding water and simmer until mixture is thick enough for distributing.
