Binating Itlog(May Sibuyas)

  2. Magpainit ng mantika sa kawali at ibuhos ang iyong mga nahiwang sibuyas.
  3. Lutuin ang sibuyas ng mga limang minuto o hanggang lumambot ang sibuyas.
  4. Gawin ang mga hakbang sa Binating Itlog(Regular), ang pinagkaiba lamang ay ihahalo ang nalutong sibuyas sa binating itlog.

Pritong Itlog(Sunny-Side Up)

  1. Magpainit ng mantika sa kawali. Medyo dagdagan ang mantika.
  2. Ihanda ang itlog at asin.
  3. Hintaying uminit mabuti ang mantika sa kawali.
  4. Kapag mainit ng mabuti ang mantika at kawali, basagan ng konti ang itlog at dahan-dahang buksan ito sa paraan na mapupunta ang itlog direkta sa kawali ng hindi nasisira ang dilaw nito. Budburan ng asin ang kabuuan nito.
  5. Kumuha ng syanse at gamitin ito upang &"paliguan&" ng mantika mula sa kawali ang ibabaw ng itlog hanggang sa ito ay maluto sa ibabaw.
  6. Kung ayaw mo ng malasado ang dilaw, maari mo ring baliktarin ang itlog kapag medyo luto na ang ibabaw.

Sarsiyadong Itlog na May Kamatis
