
Discussing a recipe for or as the way i named this dish i prepared yesterday. Da Si Xi since i used less ingredients when compared with an average Yi Pin Guo as well as less luxury ingredients hence its economical enough to organize for meals.
Within this dish, i made use of broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, roasted meat, razor clams and chicken leg.
For any Yi Pin Guo you can include in roasted duck, abalone, duck ft, fish maw, off-shore clams, chicken meat, beancurd skin.
Da Si Xi: Serves 4.
2 Bits of chicken leg
half can of razor clams
1 Cup of roasted meat
10 Big shiitake mushrooms
Broccoli (for your preference)
3, 4 slices of ginger root
1 cup of stock in the razor clams
1 teaspoon of corn starch
1 teaspoon of sugar
a touch of pepper
five spices powder
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of shao xing hua diao wine
1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 cup of warm water
Preparation: (takes around one hour)
1. Marinate the chicken leg with salt, pepper, sesame oil, corn starch and five spices powder. Reserve not less than 30 minutes.
2. Chop up the mushrooms broccoli. slice some ginger root
3. Stir fry the mushrooms, ginger root and marinated chicken inside a saucepan
4. Pour the oyster sauce, dark soya sauce, hua diao wine in to the warm water, mix well
5. When the chicken and mushrooms are 70% prepare, pour within the sauce prepared in step four
6. Continue boiling and transfer to some bigger pot
7. Toss in the broccoli within the big pot using the chicken and mushrooms, include the razor clam and also the stock
8. Cover the pot to simmer (20 mins)
9. Toss in the roasted meat and then cover the pot simmering the components. Add in serious trouble if required
10. Open the lid and appearance and stir constantly, add in serious trouble if sauce is low.
11. You are prepared for everyone once all of the meat absorbed the flavors.
