Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/8 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/8 cup to at least oneOr4 cup apple cider vinegar treatment (to taste)
  • Pinch cayenne ground pepper (to taste)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 300F.
  • Saute onions and garlic clove.
  • Beat eggs inside a bowl, after which add other ingredients except the Special K. Mix well after which add some Special K last. Place in pan that's sprayed with oil.
  • Bake for 1hour. Pour sauce over loaf after one hour, and bake for 10 more minutes.
