
Remove packaging material. Use pan a minimum of 1 " deep. Wrap pork in foil. For the best results, heat inside a 300°F oven for an internal temperature of 120°F (roughly 13-fifteen minutes per pound). Don't overcook, because this will dry the pork.
1 cups Brown Sugar, 6TB Butter or Margarine, melted 8TB Honey, 1cup Pecans finely chopped
Bake pork based on package directions. Spread glaze over pork roughly twenty to thirty minutes before pork is completed, and continue baking. Garnish pork as preferred.
1. Place pork flat side track of shank portion for your right. Cut two or three slices from the side from the pork facing you.
2. Rotate pork in your direction until it rests at first glance you simply cut.
3. Slice preferred quantity of portions after which release by cutting along bone at back of slices.
4. Repeat step #3 on opposite side of pork for additional servings.
