  • 1 " ginger root

  • 2 Tablespoons of. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tablespoons of. water
  1. Soak dried mushrooms in cup water to re-hydrate, about fifteen minutes.
  2. Cut shrimp and chicken tender into small pieces. Mix the components for marinade inside a medium bowl. Add some shrimp, chicken, and pork within the bowl and blend well. Put aside to marinade.
