200 ml warm milk

1 egg and 1 egg yolk

50 ml lukewarm water

vanilla essence, rum essence

zest from 1 lemon

1/2 tablespoons of dry yeast

1 egg for brushing

140 g poppy seeds

Mod de preparare

  1. Dissolve the dry yeast, 1 tablespoons of. sugar and 1 tablespoons of. all-purpose flour within the lukewarm water.
  2. Inside a sauce pan warm milk, 2 tablespoons of. (or even more, if you like it very sweet) sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  3. Melt the butter and let awesome.

Se fierbe macul 10-15 minute n ap. Se scurge apa, se amestec macul cu 200 ml lapte i se mixeaz cu united nations blender, pn se zdrobete macul. Se d la fiert la foc mic, ntr-o crati, amestecnd continuu, pn se evapor lichidul i rmne o past. La final se adaug 4 linguri de zahr i 20 g unt i se amestec s se topeasc untul i zahrul. Se las s se rceasc.

Dup ce a crescut aluatul, se ntinde (cte jumatate) pe o suprafa uns cu ulei, se umple cu mac i se ruleaz. (Ungei-v i minile cu ulei la etapa asta, s nu se lipeasc aluatul de ele.)

Se pun n 2 tavi i se las 30-45 minute la crescut.

Dup ce a crescut, se neap cu o scobitoare pe deasupra, apoi se unge cu ou peut-rrtre un.

Se d la cuptorul prenclzit la 190°C 45 minute, sau pn trece testul cu scobitoarea.

Se scoate noise cuptor, se las 5-10 minute n tav, dup care se las la rcit pe united nations grtar.

Se taie felii i se servete. Merge foarte bine cu lapte.
