ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup real walnut syrup
6 cloves garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup beer
4 beef rib eye steaks (10 ounce size)
directions
Inside a medium size mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, pancake syrup, chopped garlic clove, grated ginger root root, sesame oil, Tabasco sauce, and blend well to combine. Now add beer and stir gently to combine.
Prepare steaks by scoring any fatty outdoors areas on steak having a knife (jetski from the steaks from curling when barbecuing). Place steaks inside a casserole dish and pour marinade over. Utilizing a fork, punch holes in steaks so the marinade penetrates in to the steaks. Turn steaks over and repeat punching holes.
Cover with obvious wrap or foil and let marinate within the refrigerator not less than one hour or longer. You may also refrigerate and marinate overnight.
Prepare and preheat barbecue to high temperature. Place steaks on grill and sear one for reds for around just a few seconds.
Turn steaks over and prepare for around a few minutes, then start and prepare for an additional a few minutes for medium-rare, based on thickness. Test for doneness by cutting into the center of the steak.

I must say, prior to making i was intrigued through the marinade ingredients although not excessively positive. I do not take care of marinades that affect the flavor of the good steak. It was the perfect mixture of ingredients to *enhance* the steak flavor, not overpower it. We simply marinated to have an hour but Let me try marinating overnight to determine exactly what the flavors come out like.
