
Lamb trotters would be the lamb legs and they're burnt before selling.The trotters needs to be cleaned and small strands of hair needs to be removed.This really is soup is extremely healthy mostly provided to children, towards the new moms also to recuperating patients because of its nourishments.
This soup i recall my mother accustomed to produce when i was very thin and she or he accustomed to state that this soup is extremely healthy for the children.My children love this,it's my job to get this to his or her breakfast on holidays.
Lamb trotters/legs:-4 nos
Onions 1 (chopped)
Gralic - 5-6 pods (chopped)
Black Peppers -- 10 nos
Coriander (whole) 1 tablespoons of
Eco-friendly chillies 2(slited)
Zeera - 1 tablespoons of
Oil 2 tablespoons of
Salt according to taste
1.Clean mutton legs throughly and appearance it for small hair which needs to be removed.
2.Mix trotters,onions,garlic clove,pepper, coriander, zeera, chillies and oil.Pressure prepare before you get 5-6 whistles.
3.Let it awesome and add salt,again pressure prepare before you get 2-3 whistles.
Before passing on to kids filter the soup and allow it to be warm.This taste good with hot dosa.
PS:- Make sure to add salt after second step not before that if salt is added intially the trotters needs time to work to prepare.
