At la Madeleine Country French Caf, meals are in the centre of all things we all do, then when it came time for you to celebrate our 30th anniversary, la Madeleine celebrated by inviting visitors to end up part of the tradition and share a recipe that belongs to them using our signature Tomato Tulsi Soupe. Tomato Tulsi Small Pochettes
A great cold-weather snack, these Pochettes also create a wonderful accompaniment to some fresh Nioise salad. The dish tastes scrumptious having a fizzy Orangina. These treats would be best offered warm.
2 sheets of puff pastry (store brand)
1/2 cup Dairy Ricotta
3/4 cup La Madeleine Tomato Tulsi Soupe
4 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella dairy product
1. Remove puff pastry from freezer, and defrost for 25 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 430 levels F.
