1. Toast a bread of your liking – baguette, ciabatta or perhaps your daily loaf in the home – until golden brown.
2. Have a tin of spanish mackerel and flake the fish to the bread then place some sliced sun-dried tomato plants on the top. For any baguette we advise getting a minimum of two halves of sundried tomato plants in the jar but you could have very little or around you want. The sundried tomato plants normally are available in oil and will also soak with the fish to the bread that makes it all bind into a tasty treat.
3. Next grate some cheese within the sundried tomato plants and toast them underneath the grill for any couple of minutes.
4. When the cheese has fully melted, serve having a salad of your liking quietly.
NOTE: You should use any tinned fish - salmon, sardines or tuna it doesn’t matter, just anything you have within your house.
