Procedure:
  • Wash chicken. Drain well. put aside.
  • Inside a pot, heat oil. saute ginger root, onions then garlic clove.
  • Add some chicken.
  • Add broth and lemongrass (remember to pound the stalk, to produce the great flavor)
  • Cover and let boil. Season with peppercorn and fish sauce.
  • Add sayote. prepare for around 3-a few minutes.
  • Switch off heat. Adding the malunggay leaves.
  • Serve hot! Enjoy!

Thanks Ray! really my daughter prefers the sayote compared to eco-friendly papaya, that's why it's things i include using the tinola. Haven't attempted green spinach by using it, hmn you simply provided a concept. )will attempt it the next time. Thanks!
