There's two methods to make Vietnamese coffee. The easiest technique is to steep coffee grounds inside a heatproof container with 2/3 cup boiling water for 4 minutes. Pour via a coffee filter right into a heatproof glass.
Or make use of a metal filter, which we advise. Bring 1 cup water to some boil. Remove top screen from filter, add coffee, then screw on the top screen. Place filter on the heatproof 12-oz. glass or calculating cup.
Pour a a little the new water into filter this allows the coffee grounds to blossom. When coffee starts to drip through, add enough water to achieve surface of filter. Place lid on filter and let coffee drip for 4 minutes. If coffee stops dripping sooner, lightly release screw to alleviate pressure.
Stir in condensed milk until blended. Add ice, stir, and serve.
