
200 g strong cheddar cheese
400 g creme fraiche
Method
- Chop bacon and mushrooms into bite size pieces.
- Heat large fry pan to moderate heat and set water onto boil for spaghetti.
- Fry bacon without oil until cooked.
- Add mushrooms to fry pan.
- When mushrooms have began to contract, prepare spaghetti based on packet instructions.
- Add creme fraiche to bacon and mushrooms and stir in.
- Right before spaghetti is cooked, grate cheese into bacon, mushrooms and creme fraiche and stir in.
- For everyone carbonara put spaghetti inside a bowl/plate and pour bacon/mushroom mixture on the top.
Handy Hint
If spaghetti sticks together, pour some essential olive oil regarding this and stir.
