Rowena’s Blueberry Tarts & Apple Tarts

I’ve been interested in Rowena's as many people say their buko cake is preferable to Colette's. Although I am not into buko cake, I'll give things another or third chance with the hope that perhaps this time around it'll taste better (I am just a little hard-headed this way). I am even a lesser fan of tarts but seeing the blueberry topping glistening back at me only agreed to be an excessive amount of to face up to. Journey!
