They are scrumptious! We created three medium-sized pumpkins tonight and were left with about 3 glasses of seeds and so i bending the butter (really I made use of margarine) so we seasoned about 2 teaspoons garlic clove powder and a pair of teaspoons of seasoned salt. We cooked them for fifteen minutes then required them out and stirred them so we repeated this two times so that they cooked just perfectly within forty-five minutes total baking time. Tasty scrummy within my tummy! Tossing out pumpkin seeds ought to be a criminal offense with tasty recipes such as this around. We added a little bit of chilli powder for any slightly spicy seed. These were gone within a few minutes. The next time we want a larger pumpkin!
Mirj. you earn me one happy lady tonight. For a long time my pumpkin seeds never taste like my moms and that i always follow her recipe but appear to savor hers far better. so far :-) DH, DD and that i are fighting of these seeds, they switched out wonderful, they've the right taste, they're nice crispy although not too congratulations. I have not used essential olive oil before when creating pumpkin seeds however, you bet I'll be in the future. DH and DD want me to visit buy 2 more pumpkins only for the seeds. This type of simple recipe which i could never get right, because of your recipe it is best then right!!
