Chicken boneless 1 kg
Wheat grains 2 cups
Onions 2
Gram pulse 1/2 cup
Mung pulse 1/2 cup
Fried onion 1
Red lentils 1/2 cup
Oil 1 cup
Salt 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
Nutmeg and mace 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 3 teaspoon
Chaat spice as needed
All spices powder 2 teaspoon
All whole spices 2 tablespoons of
Julien ginger root for garnish
Fried onion for garnish
Lemon 2-3

Mix all pulses and wheat grains then soak them in water for roughly 4 6 hrs.

Roast and Grind all whole spices .

Inside a pan pour needed water and add chicken, drenched drained pulses and wheat, chilli powder, salt, turmeric and ground all spices.

Prepare on low heat till things are well cooked, stirring every occasionally. (roughly 4 6 hrs)

Blend pulses and chicken slightly.

Mix well, with back of spoon along with a wooden ladle (i.e. give ghota).

Add ground nutmeg and mace.

Hand out and provide tarka .

Granish with coriander leaves, fried onion, eco-friendly chilli, julien ginger root and sprinkle chaat spice.
