Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds mozzarella, grated
  • One 15-ounce tub whole-milk ricotta
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • two tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, plus much more for sprinkling

Directions

Heat the essential olive oil inside a pot over medium heat. Add some garlic clove and onions and saute until beginning to melt, three or four minutes. Add some hamburger and sausage and prepare until browned. Drain off many of the fat, departing a little behind for flavor and moisture.
