Ingredients Of Anarkali Biryani

  • 4 eco-friendly cardamoms
  • 4 sticks cinnamon
  • 20 cashew nuts
  • 20 pistachios
  • 20 chilghozas
  • 1 teaspoon red food color
  • Couple of bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of crushed pomegranate seeds (anardana)
  • 50 gm dry plums
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoons of red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons of kewra
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup ghee

Approach To Anarkali Biryani

  • Heat 1 cup ghee inside a pan, add large and small cardamoms, cloves, bay leaves, 2 cinnamon sticks and whole pepper and fry it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add garlic clove and ginger root paste and onions together. Allow them to prepare till they alter color see how to avoid brown, then add1 teaspoon cumin seeds. Now prepare it up until the onions change its color into golden brown.
  • Add tomato plants and eco-friendly chilies minimizing the flame. Prepare it for just two-3 minutes after which add 1 1/2 red chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and salt. Mix it after which add yogurt.
  • Inside a bowl marinate chicken with 1/2 teaspoon garlic clove ginger root paste, salt, 1 teaspoon red food color, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder and blend rid of it together with your hands .

  • Serve hot with raita and salad .
