pI made these in the morning today plus they were quite tasty. The only issue was making a level coat of sausage. Mine were very uneven which made area of the sausage underdone. I additionally just pan fried them since i don't possess a deep fryer./p

pI happen to be making scotch eggs for around half a century now. I personally use pork mince combined with some sage amp onion stuffing and seasoning, mixed well together. I boil eggs for 4 mins, pop into cold water and then leave for 10mins, then crack shells and take away eggs. Shape meat around egg, then add in flour, beaten egg amp dried homemade breadcrumbs. Fry in herbal till browned, although not too brown. Serve with a decent egg mayonnaise combined with some bought curry powder till nice yellow colour./ppServe on plate watching them being devoured.
