Initially I had been like Oreo frosting on the Red Velvet Cake? Seriously??

Red Velvet Cake w/ Oreo Cream Cheese Frosting capped w/ a Chocolates Coating.


The Wedding Cake
(recipe adapted from Bakerella )

5 cups all-purpose flour
4cups sugar
2 Tablespoon cacao
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
4 eggs
3 cups oil
2 cup buttermilk
2 Tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoon vanilla
4 oz. red food coloring

I would like this as a birthday gift but considering replacing the Oreos with a few other cookie. You could do this any chocolate or cookie.
