  • 1 cup of Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of of Adrak/Lahsan paste
  • 1 tablespoons of of Fresh Coriander Paste
  • 1 tablespoons of of Red Chilli
  • 1 tablespoons of of Eco-friendly Chilli
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/8 tablespoons of of yellow food color
For Sprinkle:
  • 1 teaspoon of Chat Masala
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Spice

Method:

  • Mix salt and vinegar nicely and apply within the raan. Put aside for four or five hrs.
  • Soak the plum(Aloo Bukhara) right into a tepid to warm water for half an hour and strain.
  • Mix all of the ingredients to the plums and blend nicely to make a paste.
  • Apply this paste on mutton raan and allow marinate for just two hrs.
