Roasted Mutton Raan Recipe
- 1.5 Kg Mutton Raan
- 2 tablespoons of of Salt
- 1/4 cup of Vinegar
- Oil for Deep Frying
- 6 pecs of dried Plum (Aloo Bukhara)
- 1 cup of Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of of Adrak/Lahsan paste
- 1 tablespoons of of Fresh Coriander Paste
- 1 tablespoons of of Red Chilli
- 1 tablespoons of of Eco-friendly Chilli
- 1 Egg
- 1/8 tablespoons of of yellow food color
- 1 teaspoon of Chat Masala
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1 teaspoon of Spice
- Mix salt and vinegar nicely and apply within the raan. Put aside for four or five hrs.
- Soak the plum(Aloo Bukhara) right into a tepid to warm water for half an hour and strain.
- Mix all of the ingredients to the plums and blend nicely to make a paste.
- Apply this paste on mutton raan and allow marinate for just two hrs.
- Now heat the oil and deep fry the lower limb for 25 minutes. Delay the raan from pan when it's slightly crisp.
- Now sprinkle salt and all sorts of other spices and chat masala within the raan.
- Serve the roasted mutton raan with chapati, imli ki chatni, salad and raita.
