Ingredients for Bhature
- Maida - 500 gms.
- Rawa (sooji) - 100 ms. (optional)
- Cured - 100 gms. (1/2 cup)
- Salt - 3/4 desert spoon.
- Sugar - 1/2 desert spoon.
- Baking powder - 1 desert spoon.
- Oil - to fry.
Sive the maida and sooji inside a bowl and add 2 table spoon oil, salt, bakingpowder, curd and sugar inside it. Mix all of the ingredients well with hands and kneadthe flour with luke tepid to warm water.
Cover the dough and it at any warm place in your house like cupboard or drawers.
Heat oil inside a pan to fry bhaturas.
Have a small part of a dough (1 table spoon) and roll right into a small ball. Now put this ball on the moving board and roll it right into a thick flat disc of preferred size. Bhatura is nothing thick when compared with a puri. Place the bhatura in to the pan and press using the ladle in order that it increases. Fry until it turns brown from both sides. Spread a napkin on the paper plate and the bhatura onto it. Prepare more bhaturas very much the same.

Ingredients for Chana Masala
- Kabuli Chana - 1 bowl or 150 gms.
- Sodium bicarbonate - 1/4 desert spoon.
- Tea bag - 1 (without having tea bag, then have a white-colored cloth and tie some tea in it)
- Tomato - 3-4
- Eco-friendly chilli - 3-4
- Ginger root - 1 " lengthy piece.
- Refined oil - 2 table spoon.
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 desert spoon.
- Anar dana - 1/2 desert spoon.
- Coriander powder - 1 desert spoon.
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 desert spoon.
- Garam masala - 1/2 desert spoon.
- Salt - based on the taste.
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 desert spoon (chopped)
Method - Steps to make Chole Bhature
Soak the channa overnight in water.
Wash the channa and boil them within the oven with 1 small glass water, salt and sodium bicarbonate. Also put tea bag within the oven. Close the lid from the oven and allow it to boil for up to 1 whistle. Following the whistle lower lower the flame and boil for an additional a few minutes. Switch off the flame and hold back until the steam arrives.
Meanwhile, lets prepare the masala. Create a paste of tomato, eco-friendly chilli and ginger root.
Heat oil inside a pan and tamper the cumin seeds inside it. Now put anardana seeds and coriander powder and red chilli powder in to the pan. Roast the masala and add tomato paste. Roast the masala before the oil begins to float towards the top of the masala. Pour 1 bowl water and allow it to boil.
Place the steamed channa in to the curry and blend well with the aid of a ladle. You can include more water to help make the curry thin. Prepare the recipe for just two-3 minutes and add garam masala ans coriander leaves into it.
Chole Masala is prepared. Serve it with hot paranthas, naan or chapatis.
