Ingredients for Fafda
- Gram flour - 250 gms. (2 cup)
- Salt - 1/2 desert spoon (based on the taste)
- Sodium bicarbonate - 1/2 desert spoon.
- Red chilli powder - under 1/4 desert spoon.
- Carom seeds - 1/2 desert spoon.
- Oil - 2 table spoon.
- Fafda - to fry.
Method - Steps to make Fafda
sieve the gram flour inside a bowl and add salt, sodium bicarbonate, red chiili, carom seeds and oil in it. Mix all of the ingredients well with hands and knead the flour with luke tepid to warm water (1/2 cup). Switch, turn and punch the dough for six-7 minutes. Leave the dough for 30 minutes.
Now make small balls from the dough. Make as numerous balls as possible in the prepared dough.
