  • Yogurt (curd) - ¾ cup
  • Cilantro - couple of sprigs, chopped finely
  1. To blanch mushrooms, heat water together with fresh lemon juice and salt. Allow it to arrived at a boil, adding sliced mushrooms, turn off the stove, cover the pan and allow them to set for 3-4 minutes. Drain them and run under cold water to prevent cooking process.
