- kg boneless Chicken
- 1 tablespoons of. eco-friendly chilies, grinded
- 1 tablespoons of. ginger root.
- 1 tablespoons of. garlic clove paste
- 1 teaspoon white-colored cumin, roasted and crushed
- teaspoon all spice
- 1 teaspoon heaped coriander, roasted and crushed
- teaspoon white-colored pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
- 2 tablespoons of. cream
- 2 tablespoons of. yogurt
- 2 tbsps. fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt, heaped
- 2 tablespoons of. almonds, blanched and grinded
- Clarified butter or oil for brushing
Chicken Malai Boti CookingMethod
- To make malai boti, have a bowl and blend the eco-friendly chilies, ginger root paste, garlic clove paste, white-colored cumin, all spice, coriander, white-colored pepper, red pepper, cream, yogurt, fresh lemon juice, salt and almonds.
- Marinate the chicken within this creamy mixture for just two hrs or overnight for additional tasty taste.
- Place the chicken boti on skewers and grill before the chicken is almost done.
- Brush the rest of the marination around the chicken and grill for five minutes.
- Keep brushing the chicken with clarified butter or oil up until the malai chicken is completed.
- Remove Chicken boti inside a dish and serve hot!
