3 cups Grain
1/4 kg Tondli (Ivy Gourd)
2 Eco-friendly Chillies
1 tablespoons of Masala
90 gm Cashwenuts
1/2 cup Grated coconut
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste
3-4 tablespoons of oil
Heat some oil inside a pan. Add mustard seeds, asafeotida, eco-friendly chillies & coriander leaves. Add tondli (Ivy Gourd) and blend well.
Add salt, grain and blend well.
Add turmeric powder, coriander cumin seed powder, cashews, grated coconut, coriander leaves & mix masala.
Add water and allow the grain prepare for 10-15 mins.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
