I've already published pea pulao or matar pulao recipe which is made from out any spices as well as bagara bhaat which is made from onion paste base. I pointed out within the Matar Kachori publish which i got large amount of fresh eco-friendly peas and so i made many things but mostly I added along with other vegetables to create curry or sabzi but together with which i also chose to make this matar pulao which time adding more spices which differs from usual pea pulao and in addition it match any gravy or dry side dish. I chose to make this along Aloo Semi aur Matar Sabzi, spicy curry which made excellent side dish along. I did not use any onion and garlic clove too so people searching for no onion no garlic clove pulao to you.
This pulao also goes well with a few good non-veg curry too, or perhaps simple potato fry makes excellent combo therefore it is well suited for lunch box and when you get tired of the routine peas pulao then do this and you'll be hooked for this one, specifically for party or get-together this is an excellent change.
