As we came back in the lengthy trip, we couldn’t forget our wonderful experience at KFC. - 1 cup basmati grain
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tomato plants

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 2 tablespoon oil
- 3 cups water
- Salt to taste
- Boil the grain in water with the addition of 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt to taste. Drain and aside.
- Slice the onion and chop the tomato plants. Place the tomato plants, ginger root, garlic clove and eco-friendly chillies in mixer grinder.
- Let’s begin to make gravy now. Heat oil inside a pan, and stir fry the sliced onion. Remove the onion in the pan and let it awesome lower. Once the onion completely cools lower, add this in to the ingredients for mixer grinder (tomato plants, ginger root, garlic clove and eco-friendly chillies). Create a fine puree from it.
- Reheat exactly the same pan, by which onion was fried. Add clove and peppercorns and progressively mix prepared puree inside it. Vegetable strips are manufactured from steamed mashed taters, breadcrumbs, corns, carrot, chopped coriander leaves and spices. It tastes excellent with grain or bread.
- 4 medium taters (steamed and mashed)
- 2 tablespoon carrot, (peeled and finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoon sweet corns
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 2 eco-friendly chillies, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 tablespoon maida (all-purpose flour)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Boil the corns and carrot and drain aside.
- Take 2 bread slices and pulse it finely to make perfect bread crumbs.
- To make veg strips, mash the steamed taters inside a big bowl, add breadcrumbs and spices inside it. Include steamed corns, carrot and chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix the cornflour and maida inside a separate bowl, add about 1/2 cup water making a lump free batter. Now mix the potato mixture perfectly together with your hands and begin making oblong formed veg cutlets or strips. Dip the veg strips within the prepared flour batter and coat all the edges.
- Deep fry the strips in great deal of herbal on the medium flame, till turns crispy and little browned. Keep aside in writing napkins.
- For serving this meal, have a round serving bowl and grow it half using the combination of grain and gravy and top with a few plain cooked grain, much like proven in images. Pour the bowl onto an amount plate, upside lower. Top with couple of veg strips and serve immediately.
