Exactly what a wonderful, flavorful chai recipe-great mixture of spices that smelled and sampled heavenly!I chose to make this for the best of 2010 cook book tag-just great recipe!
Fabulous chai, worth the effort. The only real spice I needed to omit was the anise seed. I did previously reside in staff accomm with lots of Indian buddies. Someone smuggled inside a hot plate plus they accustomed to make chai that way. I've managed to get many occasions by doing this since that time, but never by using this many ingredients, and just what a positive change, this hits all of the right notes. Thanks Cookgirl! An absolute highlight of ZWT6!
Mmmm, it was so so nice. The tastes of all of the spices could be selected out one at a time with each and every cup you consume, is simply wonderful I made use of Assam tea bags, because they are my in history favourite. I did not have saffron, and that i used filtered water, I sweetened it with raw cane sugar. It's worth creating the aroma it fills your kitchen area alone, but sitting sipping this and relaxing is simply heavenly. Many thanks for posting. Designed for ZWT#6 2010
