whenever we make char sau we marinade it overnight with scotch about 50 % just one cup wrap in bowl we create a about two pork shoulders it truly breaks lower the tissue an includes a smokey/peaty taste,,we roast in oven on the rack having a water bath.arrives so great an moist.

orange sauce was great nice touch using the cinnamon I personally use arrowroot rather of corn starch its great
