
Ingredients
- 6 large tomato plants
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 cup cooked lengthy grain grain
- two tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried tulsi
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella dairy product
- 1/4 pound Swiss cheese, reduce 1/2-inch cubes
Directions
- Cut a skinny slice off the top of the each tomato and discard remove core. Carefully scoop out and reserve pulp, departing singleOr2-in. covering. Invert tomato plants onto sponges to empty. Chop reserved pulp.
- Inside a large skillet, prepare beef until no more pink drain. Add some grain, parsley, tulsi, salt, pepper and tomato pulp heat through. Remove in the heat stir in cheeses.
- Spoon into tomato shells. Devote a greased shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 6 servings.
