Indian Style Scrambled Egg (Masala Ande Ki Bhurji) Flatbread Pizza

For Masala Bhurji -

2 eggs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, chopped
a pinch of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 garlic clove clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
salt - to taste
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 small chopped eco-friendly chilli (optional)
chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoons of essential olive oil

1 - Inside a bowl, beat eggs.

2 - Heat oil inside a kadai, add cumin seeds and garlic clove. Once linked with emotions . sizzle, saute onions until they're translucent. Adding tomato plants (and eco-friendly chilli, if using) together with turmeric, salt and red chilli powder. Mix well and prepare until mushy.


3 - Add beaten egg and blend everything until its lumpy.

4 - Prepare much like scrambled eggs for four to five mins. Let there be some moisture otherwise while baking the scrambled eggs will end up too dry around the pizza. Switch off heat and slightly awesome.


5 - Preheat oven to 200 C or 400 F. Roll the pizza dough to thin pizza. The thickness, shape and size is completely your decision. I needed it thin this time around just like a flatbread. Evenly spread the scrambled egg mixture and sprinkle some coriander leaves + cheese. Sprinkle some cornmeal on the baking sheet and put the pizza. Bake for ten to twelve mins before the cheese melts.
