  • noodles 1 cup (fully steamed with 1 tbsp . salt)
  • oil 3 tbsp .
  • eggs 3 (whisk and add 1/4 ts salt amp pepper make scramble eggs and aside)
  • ginger root amp garlic clove paste 1 tbsp .
  • dark soya sauce 3tbs
  • salt 1 ts
  • crushed pepper 1 1/2 ts
  • red bell pepper 1 small (julienne cut)
  • cabbage 1 cup (finely cut)
  • carrot 1/2 cup (grated)
  • fresh ginger root 1 " (julienne cut)
  • bullet eco-friendly chillies 4 (sliced)
  • spring onions 1/2 cup

Recipe:

  1. heat a ts of oil and add some whisked eggs with salt, pepper and prepare rid of it and aside.
  2. heat oil inside a pan and fry the ginger root amp garlic clove paste for just two minutes on high flame, adding the chicken and prepare it entirely on high flame.
  3. once the chicken is cooked add some tomato ketchup, dark soya sauce, sugar, salt, crushed pepper, red chillie powder, crushed red chillie, 1 cup water mix well, cover and prepare for 4 minutes on medium flame, and also the gravey is prepared.
