Directions
In a tiny bowl, or mixer combine ginger root, vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, oil, and peanut butter. Inside a large bowl, combine other ingredients after which toss with dressing. It can save you a few of the dressing to decorate noodles that may be included in this dish together with stir fried pork to create a whole meal.
