Bay Leaf - 1
Cinnamom - 1 " pieces
Cloves - 2
Eco-friendly Cardamom - 2
Salt - To Taste
Water - 2 Cups
To Roast and Grind
Dried Pompegranted Seeds/Sukka Anardana - 1 tablespoons of
Caraway Seeds/Shah Jeera - 1 teaspoon
To Combine Together
Red Chilli Powder - 2 teaspoon
Coriander Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon
Punjabi Chole Masala - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
Dry Mango Powder/Amchur - 1 teaspoon
For Pindi Chole
Oil - 2 tablespoons of
Ginger root-Garlic clove Paste - 1/2 tablespoons of
Slit Eco-friendly Chilies - 3
1. Soak chickpeas instantly or 8 hrs and pressure prepare with tea bag, bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, cinamom, salt and water for several whistles. Allow pressure to produce, discard tea bag and whole spices. Drain chickpeas and reserve water.
2. Roast andar dana ( pompegranted seeds) and caraway seeds light brown and grind it to powder.
3. Mix together all of the spices listed under 'to mix together' and aside.
4. Inside a wok or pan heat oil add ginger root-garlic clove paste. slit eco-friendly chilies and saute until golden brown.
5. Keep low flame add mixed spices and saute for any minute. Add 1/2 cup of chickpeas steamed water and produce to boil simmer for five minutes, oil will begin floating on the top.
6. Add steamed chickpeas and blend well, add salt if needed and prepare for just two minutes. Add carawaya and pomp seeds powder mix wel
7. Cover and prepare for five minutes in slow flame or until oil separates. Off flame our pindi chole is prepared.
Serve warm with batura, poori or paratha together with onion, eco-friendly chili etc.
