  • 2-3 small taters, peeled, rinsed, and cubed
  • about 10 baby carrots, rinsed and chopped

Directions

  1. Season hamburger with adobo, pepper, and meat tenderizer.
  2. Heat a sizable pan to low-medium heat and add seasoned hamburger.
  3. Add essential olive oil, sazn, tomato paste, tomato sauce, sofrito, eco-friendly olives, cubed taters, and chopped carrots.
  4. Cover pan and prepare on low-medium heat until hamburger is browned, stirring from time to time.
  5. Turn heat lower to low and continue cooking until taters are tender and hamburger is well cooked. Stir from time to time.
