- 4 cups shredded Mozzarella dairy product (about 12 ounces)
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped eco-friendly chilies, undrained
- 1 can (4 ounces) diced jalapeno peppers, undrained
- Assorted vegetables

Directions
- Inside a large skillet, prepare sausage over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until no more pink, entering crumbles. Utilizing a slotted spoon, transfer sausage to some 3-qt. slow oven.
- Stir in cream cheese, Mozzarella dairy product, sour cream, chilies and peppers. Prepare, covered, on low 3 to three-1/2 hrs or until heated through. Stir before serving. Serve with vegetables. Yield: 24 servings (1/4 cup each).
