
A great recipe if done properly. Should you add some cold milk and cream for this pudding, you'll have a lumpy mess. Warm the milk to dissolve the pudding before adding the cream and mixing.

I chose to make this recipe using Sugar-free Chocolate pudding. As it happens tasting much like Chocolate mousse..it doesn't come with an icing consistency. It's much like putting mousse on the top of the cake. Used to do take advice using their company reviews and cut the recipe in two and used less milk etc. Milk isn't sugar-free and so i used less milk. Unsweetened Almond milk will make it totally sugar-free though. Taste good but doesn't come out like icing you understand.
