The one hour Sunday is really a clone from the Dogfish Mind, one hour IPA. It grew to become the one hour Sunday since i made it on the Sunday mid-day. The hops in the average clone recipe weren't offered at my LBHS and so i produced this with close equivalents which were easily available. It switched out pretty stellar! A great IPA which has a great balance between your citrus hop aroma and also the hoppy bitterness. The hop schedule shows up below, what gives this beer this type of great balance would be that the hops are added continuously through the boil. To get this done, I required 12 Dixie cups and labeled them in five minute increments from 5 to 60. Then i divided the hops in to the cups according to when they're to begin so when the following hop begins. For instance, if this states to include the Warrior hops at the outset of the boil, I divided the .75oz of hops in to the cups labeled 60, 55, 50, 45 40. I ongoing this through all of the hop additions to ensure that every a few minutes throughout the boil, I'd carry the next cup and thru it in.
